Internal Fin Tubes can be manufactured with variety of materials adhering to SB - 111 UNS No. C-12200 /C-122000 and Finning will be carried out as per SB-359 UNS No. C-12200 / 12000 for copper , SB - 111 UNS No. C-12200 /C-122000 and Finning will be carried out as per SB-359 UNS No. C-12200 / 12000 for Cupro-nickel and carbon steel SA-179.
Procurement:
Plain Copper , Cupro-nickel , Carbon Steel Tubes for the manufacturing of Fin Tubes will be procured from Indian Tubes manufacturers only, as per the code and specification.
We ensure a basic inspection of the tubes at our end and also get the tubes tested from lab if needed.
Inspection:
At Peerfin we have our own QAP which ensures we tick all the basic checkpoints from quality point of view which is duly inspected, approved and released by customer or Third Party Inspection Agency, at plain Tubes manufacturer's end.
As per the requirement of the customer we get it inspected by TPIA and also get it tested from Lab.
Application:
These tubes are generally called as the turbo chilled tubes they are basically used to increase the turbulence inside the tubes these tubes find their use in the coolers , industrial chillers , refrigeration systems , smelters , Iron and Steel plants , power plants.
It increase the internal turbulence of the medium passing though which encourages the use of it where the demands as such.

Internal Copper and Cupro-nickel Fin Tubes will be supplied in "As Finned Temper".
Internal Copper and Cupro-nickel Low Fin Tubes will be supplied duly Stress Relieved on in-house Electric Conveyor Belt Furnace, as per SB-359, on customer specific requirement.
