Admiralty Brass Fin Tubes

Code of Conduct:

Admiralty Brass Low Finned Tubes are processed out of plain tubes conforming to SB-111 UNS No. C - 44300 in Annealed Condition (061).

Plain Admiralty-Brass Tubes for processing Fin Tubes will be procured from Indian Plain Tubes manufacturers only, as per the code and specification.

Procurement:

Plain Tubes will be procured for finning, duly Hydro Tested and Eddy Current Tested as per material specification and code, from the finest plain tube manufacturers.

Inspection:

At Peerfin we have our own QAP which ensures we tick all the basic checkpoints from quality point of view which is duly inspected, approved and released by customer or Third Party Inspection Agency, at plain Tubes manufacturer's end.

As per the requirement of the customer we get it inspected by TPIA and also get it tested from Lab.

Application:

  • Admiralty Brass Fin Tubes are used for heat exchangers in oil refineries, in which corrosion from sulfur compounds and contaminated water may be very severe, and for feed-water heaters and heat-exchanger equipment as well as other industrial processes.
  • Brass fin tubes are also used in sanitization plants as well.

  • Admiralty Brass Low Fin Tubes are dispatched after they clear Pneumatic Pressure test / Hydro pressure test after finning.
  • Admiralty Brass Fin Tubes will be supplied in "As Finned Temper".
  • Admiralty Brass Low Fin Tubes will be supplied duly Stress Relieved on in-house Electric Conveyor Belt Furnace, as per SB-359, on customer specific requirement.
  • We provide MTC along with all the required documents.
