Aluminum-Brass Finned Tubes are made out of plain tubes conforming to SB-111 UNS No.C-68700 in Annealed Condition (061).
Procurement:
Plain Tubes will be procured for finning, duly Hydro Tested and Eddy Current Tested as per material specification and code, from the finest plain tube manufacturers.
Inspection:
At Peerfin we have our own QAP which ensures we tick all the basic checkpoints from quality point of view which is duly inspected, approved and released by customer or Third Party Inspection Agency, at plain Tubes manufacturer's end.
As per the requirement of the customer we get it inspected by TPIA and also get it tested from Lab.
Application:
Aluminium Brass tubes are highly accepted and one of the extensively used material for various industrial applications.
This alloy develops a protective film that has self healing properties.
This film is dependent on oxygen , which is dissolved in the water and does not renew itself in polluted or stagnant water.
High resistance to corrosion in clean seawater or inland conditions.
Aluminium brass tubes resist the action oh high velocity salt and brackish water.
The outstanding characteristic of this alloy is its superior resistance to impingement attack.

Aluminum Brass Low Fin Tubes are available with exact lengths , plain portions at both ends , intermediate spaces ( plain portions for baffle sheet support ) as per customer requirement.
Aluminum Brass Low Fin Tubes are dispatched after they clear Pneumatic Pressure test / Hydro pressure test after finning.
Aluminum Brass Fin Tubes will be supplied in "As Finned Temper".
Aluminum Brass Low Fin Tubes will be supplied duly Stress Relieved on in-house Electric Conveyor Belt Furnace, as per SB-359, on customer specific requirement.
