Copper Fin Tubes

Code of Conduct:

Copper Fin Tubes are made out of premium quality plain Copper Tubes adhering to SB - 111 UNS No. C-12200 /C-122000 and Finning will be carried out as per SB-359 UNS No. C-12200 / 12000 .

Procurement:

Plain Copper Tubes for the manufacturing of Fin Tubes will be procured from Indian Tubes manufacturers only, as per the code and specification.

We ensure a basic inspection of the tubes at our end and also get the tubes tested from lab if needed.

Inspection:

At Peerfin we have our own QAP which ensures we tick all the basic checkpoints from quality point of view which is duly inspected, approved and released by customer or Third Party Inspection Agency, at plain Tubes manufacturer's end.

As per the requirement of the customer we get it inspected by TPIA and also get it tested from Lab.

Application:

  • Copper Fin tubes are used generally for various Heat Exchanger Applications such as Condensers, Evaporators, Chillers, Economizers, Oil Coolers, etc.
  • Copper DHP ( De-oxidised oxygen free copper) Fin Tubes are extensively used in sugar refineries for condensers and evaporators.
  • Deoxidized copper is the standard material for transferring heat from steam to water or air because of their excellent resistance to corrosion by fresh water and their high thermal conductivities.
  • Cupro-nickel Low Fin Tubes will be supplied duly Stress relieved on in-house Electric Conveyor Belt Furnace, as per SB-359, on customer specific requirement.
  • Copper Finned Tubes are mostly used in heat exchangers for applications for cooling and heating of liquid and gas, including water, oil, steam and air as well as for condensation, evaporation.

  • Copper Fin Tubes are dispatched after they clear Pneumatic Pressure test / Hydro pressure test after finning.
  • Copper Fin Tubes will be supplied in "As Finned Temper".
  • Copper Fin Tubes will be supplied duly Stress Relieved on in-house Electric Conveyor Belt Furnace, as per SB-359, on customer specific requirement.
  • We provide MTC along with all the required documents.
