Cupro-Nickel Fin Tubes are processed out of plain Cupro-Nickel Tubes conforming to SB-111 UNS No. 70400, 70600, 71000, 71500 and finning will be carried out as per SB-359.

Plain Cupro-nickel Tubes for the manufacturing of Fin Tubes will be procured from Indian Tubes manufacturers only, as per the code and specification.

We ensure a basic inspection of the tubes at our end and also get the tubes tested from lab if needed.

At Peerfin we have our own QAP which ensures we tick all the basic checkpoints from quality point of view which is duly inspected, approved and released by customer or Third Party Inspection Agency, at plain Tubes manufacturer's end.

As per the requirement of the customer we get it inspected by TPIA and also get it tested from Lab.

90:10 Cupro-Nickel shows excellent resistance to corrosion and impingement attack. This alloy is suitable for Marine condenser tubes, especially where higher water velocities are encountered.

The anti corrosive property makes it a perfect match for the on shore projects.

70:30 Cupro-Nickel has in general, the best resistance of any of the copper alloys to impingement attack and to corrosion from most acids and waters.

It is being used in severe corrosive conditions in which service lives longer than those of other copper alloys are desired.

Its application in the heat exchangers find their use extensively in on shore projects, water treatment plants, marine equipments, ship engines , etc.
