These types of tubes are generally of Copper plain tubes or Stainless Steel tubes as per the need of its application.

So they adhere to the respective codes of the materials.

Procurement:

It follows the same process in procurement for finning which are duly Hydro Tested and Eddy Current Tested as per material specification and code, from reputed plain tube manufacturers.

Application:

  • End Cross Tubes are a type of integral fin tubes, with very low fin profile in trapezoidal shape.
  • These tubes are also called as high performance tubes due to their extended surface and are majorly used in Vapour Absorption Chillers.
  • These tubes can be manufactured with plain inner tube surface or with Internal Ridges.
  • This End Cross Tubes are used extensively for Vapour Absorber Chillers (VAC).
  • Chillers are generally used, Steam or hot water to drive the lithium bromide refrigeration cycle but certainly can use some other heat sources as well.
  • Absorption Chillers are widely applied in Industries, viz. Manufacturing Precision Machinery, Aviation and Aerospace, Textiles, Electronics, Electric Power, Metallurgy, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Hospitals, etc.

  • End Cross Fin Tubes are available with exact lengths , plain portions at both ends , intermediate spaces ( plain portions for baffle sheet support ) as per customer requirement.
  • End Cross Fin Tubes are dispatched after they clear Pneumatic Pressure test / Hydro pressure test after finning.
  • End Cross Fin Tubes will be supplied in "As Finned Temper".
  • End Cross Fin Tubes will be supplied duly Stress relieved on in-house Electric Conveyor Belt Furnace, as per SB-359, on customer specific requirement.
  • We provide MTC along with all the required documents.
